ARS fuse keeps blowing second you try and plug it in

    The fuse box on the passenger side of the fire wall red in color, ARS fuse blows very second you try and install a new one, cannot find any info on this circuit/fuse, what it powers where the short could be etc, only thing wrong with truck, down time 4 months, i have spent thousands on know it all's,none of the 12 v power plugs work nor does the cb radio power on top the dash..please help me to trouble shoot this, i willing to of coarse pay also, like i said trucks been down 4 months for this.Also the red light stays on burns solid.....     What is model and year of truck is this? What is last six of your VIN? What red light stays on? Also, pictures can be helpful! The fuse blowing immediately suggests a dead short and should be easier to troubleshoot the an intermittent short.
