My Father lived in Tavares, Lake County, 6 months up north,
and 6 months a snowbird. Did that 20 yrs.
and used to come back up north with a pan fish that was called "Specks."
Never really knew the real name of those fish? Do you?
Filleted out they're about the size of your palm.
He had a video of him fishing and alligators going by.
He used to throw pennies on the squares on their backs.
Ask me a question; tell me if I'm ready or not for O/O

Not sure on those. We have speckled trout. Redfish are one of my favorites to catch. Should be able to hit the big water in couple more weeks. I want a 40lb grouper or larger

The filets remind me of bluegills or sunfish. Sure miss him, and his trip back north w/fish.
I think it was Lake Dora he fished in.
Dipped in egg, flop both sides in breadcrumbs, with lemon/pepper seasoning,
And count your fingers when you're done! They are phenomenal! -
Now your making me hungry for fish. Lol. Good luck on the journey ahead pal.

You don’t need $60-$70k but you do need a minimum of 3 months of operating expenses, whatever that numbers is, or you aren’t ready. This is the bare minimum, of course if you have more it will make your life much easier.
