Thanks Darkside... Not going into this knowing anything want to learn everything I can while in training.. it's been so long since I drove truck gota remember how to shift.. LOL Do you know how much is drop and hook? Any other info you guys could give me would be great! Just going into this with an open mind and going to put my all into it.

The car hauling was a nightmare... Hear it's even worse now with all the computer crap they have on them now, the tie downs are bad cause you can screw up the brakes if you tie them down with chain to the frame. Have to do the over wheel strap. Heres just a little bit what I went through when I did the car crap.

Can remember loading the car on the top rack in the middle of a snow storm. Went to stop and the car kept going sliding right over the truck. Got to find out how good the shock where on that car. LOL A few times of sliding off the ramps and having to have the tow truck come and lift the car off the truck. Thats when I said I had enough. Delivered the cars and sold the truck.. All and all it was fun but I think that the winters had just taken it's toll on me that year.

Just got to Springfield, I have never done the simulator, so I was wondering if any of you could give me the heads up on it. Probably not a big deal just something new.:biggrin_25514:

Oh well had to do the simulator thing 77% not very good but at least I passed. I have a problem with riding the clutch and rolling in neutral. Just so used to doing it in my personal car. I am sure I will get over it in time thx.:biggrin_25514:

Just curious, but why do you do this in your personal car? It's always better to be in a gear as often as possible, even when braking (use down shifting - better to use both the engine AND the brake, rather than only your brakes). Not sure what you mean by "riding the clutch" but that doesn't sound real good either!

Congrats on passing the simulator. A pass is a pass!

    AZ CATS Thanks this.
