I may be wrong but isn’t there not much you can do with a warning

Actually no on the CSA abd PSP as well as DMV. That plainly says troop J which means a blue ribbon trooper. They are not DOT certified in any way. It must go on an inspection to hit those. It also says warning in very plain letters so all that means is when his DL is called in other enforcement agencies can see it, know he’s been previously warned. Throw that ######## away abs go on with daily business no big deal
