Im getting ready to start my training with schneiders and I was wondering if I am able to ask for more miles than they told me i would get. My recruiter said I would get around 2500mi per week and have 2days off every 2 weeks or so.

You'll get plenty of miles. Never believe what most recruiters have to say. Most of them are "college boys (or girls)" who have never been INSIDE a truck. Just concentrate on your training for the time being.
NOTE: I have nothing against "college boys (or girls)" except when the talk the talk but have never walked the walk.
