    you O/O or co. driver?

If company let them figure it all out.

O/O let the insurance co. handle it.

I am a company driver, but want the documents to back up the incident that is sure to appear on my DAC and protect myself if the ID10T does try to name me in any suit he may attempt to file, thinking it was my fault because I was THERE in the first place....

I did, but law enforcement pictures and witness statements are much better, plus I felt the initial impact before I saw anything that led to it....

Unless things have changed. I don't know if they have.

All accidents go on record. Regardless of fault.

I know there was a stink about it. When JB Hunt lost his job and couldn't find work. He was just driving along when a bridge under construction collapsed. And he was to blame.

That's how the gooberment sh-- started. Don't know if that's changed.

    That's why YOU took pics.
You have some if the investigators don't share.

Hopefully you had your emergency triangles out and spaced properly so that the vulture lawyer he hires can't turn that on you.
    BECAUSE HE WILL.

If you had those out and were properly marked, off the traveled highway, you'll likely be just fine.

I will repeat what I said ... get a lawyer. Have them do all the work and cover your *****.

As for your dac, it isn’t as important as you are making it out as.

    jammer910Z Thanks this.
