Road runner is very bad , I returned there arrow truck to them, and they put over 5000 on my credit, I told the collection company to take me to court on let the judge tell me I owe you this much, they call me one more time and I told her if they don't live up to their own contract, don't waste her time on call me, because I will only pay if the court say you must pay.

You dont have to pay if a court finds against you. They have no more power to enforce a judgement against you than the collection agency itself. I used to own a printing company and got court judgements all the time and never collected on any of them.

Hopefully they take notes and make proactive adjustments needed to retain drivers.

I would like to know about how many drivers in a month these companies Hire. Then in return how many get fired or quit each month. companies that are large in volume.

    This is so true.
Judge Judy is a fantasy. These cases are for TV, they are real but any settlements are paid for by the TV company. It is for entertainment.
In reality taking someone to court is a waste of time. Winning can be expensive and time consuming and it is all on you. That is only the first part. Next you have to actually collect the money. Darn near impossible in most cases.
It is why so many states have attacked non paying fathers by going after their drivers license.
I at the moment have had a trailer stolen from me by a character called Williams owning a company called HR Trucking in Baldwyn, MS.
In March he cooked up a little scheme to get my $18,000 reefer for nothing. Yes and make a profit into the bargain. Clever boy. He is now ignoring my attorney and we are looking into other options. Not done yet but I am probably going to lose $5,300. POSs like this have simple weapons at their disposal. Play for time make the other guy run up an extortionate attorney bill. Make sure the trailer is never in the yard so it can't be yanked. etc etc.
Having a title doesn't mean squat. Possesing the traiier and it making money every week does.

When I made the mistake of leasing a truck from CRST , worst mistake of my career , they said their company driver roll over rate was on par with the industry average of 180% . In other words they lose drivers faster than they can be replaced
Milkman719, izifaddag and AfterShock Thank this.
