    If you feet and ankles swell from long distance driving this cream called penetrex will greatly reduced the swell and pain on your lower limbs. I believe the best application is to apply before driving every other day and before going resting.

    Also, try to elevate your feet up against a higher surface for five minutes.

    If you're feet and ankles swell it's called edema. And you need to get off your butt, and do some walking. Lose some weight.

    I know it’s time to take a break when I go to get out of the truck and my legs are numb. Then I crash to the ground, lay there for 30 mins, and it’s time to ride.

    They don’t update ours every day, I was 8.2 the other day. I know yesterday was 8.1 so you might have me beat. It’s tough on fuel mileage to high idle and air up flats daily.
