Dan's Advantage Towing of Knoxville TN, tried to remove a fuel lift pump bolt and drilled it out crooked and broke an ez inside the bolt.
Had to pay $1840 to ransom the unrepaired truck plus 10 days motel and took it to Peterbilt.
Peterbilt can't remove the bolt after what they did. The truck needs a new block or engine.
    Any legal advice?

Interesting to me, when you Google the business and read the reviews, It's like a robot responds to all the reviews - good or bad.

Were you stuck on the side of the road, or unable to tow the unit to a trusted repair provider?

There are mobile repairmen specializing in broken bolt removal. Maybe one is close

You don't need a block. Everything is fixable.

I'am not sure what I find the most disturbing about this Train wreck
A....Knowing somebody was drilling on my engine block with a hand held drill & easy out in his pocket
B...Somebody trying to convince me that I need a new engine at a Stealership
C.. spending 10 days in a motel just to let people blow smoke up my ###
D.. which this just might be the most disturbing... Finding out that my friend @blairandgretchen is a undercover CIA operative..

    My cover has been blown.

I advise you to destroy your cell phone, avoid eye contact with anyone in a suit, and take cover when the black choppers come over the ridge.

    I wish you luck.

Isn't it possible to weld a fastener of some form on to the broken bolt/stud and remove?

You need a competent mechanic. Weld a washer over it, then weld a nut on it. Then back out what you can.

If any is left, start in with carbide bit. Slow and sucks. But it will cut easy out tool. Drill over sized straight hole and use repair sleeve. Numerous styles and brands. Can't recommend with seeing damage. Worse case, remove damage parts, weld hole shut and then drill.

99.9 certain they are bending you over saying you need a block!

How do you twist off a bolt on a fuel transfer pump? I’ve never seen that.
