    Actually, though - I think I spouted off just a little too quickly. Yes, this particular point has been raised a number of other places here... but no alternative has been suggested. At least, I don't recall any.

    Rather than "bad company", how about we change the name of this forum to "Bad Experience"? Limit threads to maybe one per company. User comes along and either posts a new whine... er... complaint, or votes in some manner saying "same thing happened to me". Might make more work for a staffmember - would want to winnow out duplicate complaints (making sure,of course, to add to the number of "me too" votes.

    Do the same on the good company side...
