There is a bridge replacement project just getting started on the Harbor Tunnel Thruway in Baltimore, also known as I-895 for you out-of-towners. The roadwork is on the southbound approach to the tunnel where it shrinks down to 2-way traffic.

Now since the vast majority of you pull 102” wide trailers, you’re not allowed to go that way anyway, but this will mean a lot of bailout traffic using the Fort McHenry Tunnel, and to a lesser extent the Francis Scott Key Bridge. If you’re likely to reach Baltimore at rush hour and are still far enough away for this to be somewhat practical, you may wish to consider another route.

One word comes to mind Holabird.

and second how much money is this thing going to run the people?

Never mind the road, watch out for the #### tunnel, those are built inbeth shipyard upriver back in freaking 1955 if I remember right. The steel framing surrounding the highway tubes of the tunnels.
