    Laughlin has been marketing itself as an easier to reach and less expensive version of Las Vegas for at least several years now.

    I once spent stopped there on the Arizona side and rented a jet ski.

    A few years ago I did a lot of research on moving to Laughlin. Kinda wish I had followed through.

    I spent a couple of days in Laughlin back in June at Don Laughlin's hotel and casino. Had a nice comfortable room with a river view for about $80 a night. I wouldn't recommend the buffet, but the sit down restaurants were good.
