Years of faithful service in anything can be rendered moot with a poorly apportioned comment in the present. It's actually become a bit of a common thing over the last 15-20 years. I really don't care what you have said in the past, positive or negative. My point is that people come looking for specific and relevant information on companies, myself included. Not everyone asking about an individual company needs to be told what the state of the industry is. I don't think it's too much to ask that you share specific information that you may have about a company, when replying to such a post, and leave the doom and gloom commentary for threads where that is the topic. I would like to know if there is something about a company that is bad, but don't talk about how terrible it is when you have been at the company for 10 years. That's just dumb. At least be specific as to what you don't like and why. It would be nice to know why you chose to stick around. There must be good qualities about the company for that to be the case.

You can certainly respond to my post as if I have no clue what I am talking about. Anyone capable of objective thinking will recognize that this isn't the case. Just because you have little interaction with me doesn't mean that I have limited knowledge and limited experience, as it pertains to the sharing of information. That's the issue here. It has nothing to do with trucking. It has to do with the way you presented the information you elected to share. It was unprofessional, emotionally immature, and lacking in facts to support. Stating how long you have been around here doesn't suddenly improve the quality of what you posted. Quite the contrary. It makes it worse because your standard is higher than the average person posting. But, I am just a random guy posting, so what do I know, right?
