Speaking of dash cameras BC in Canada is making it mandatory for commercial drivers.. I bet the cops will start using that against drivers when people call in on them.. hopefully it improves safety

You are absolutely correct.
The drivers need to be charged, the carriers, the brokers and then the shippers in that order.
Follow the money. Nothing will change until people who orchestrate this not only pay serious fines, but jail time as well.
