Benefits of Bone Broth Fasting

I do this fast every so often and feel really good afterwards. You just need to make sure to use a high quality, low sodium broth from grass fed animals.. You can also just incorporate bone broth into your diet and reap a lot of benefits..Kettle & Fire low sodium beef broth is what I use.

 

Superior nutrient density..grass fed animals are cleaner source, typically no hormones..

Hmm..I love bone broth, both chicken and beef, most cooks flavor their foods with broth...so you are one of the few that just doesn't dig it..and that's ok..this isn't for you..thanks for the comment..
