Got sent to a ratty shipper with a water-filled pot hole right in front of the dock door.

Backing into the dock, the mudflap got torn off and the hanger bent. I flipped the mudflap around and drilled new holes in it, remounted it. But it looks real ugly, mudflap hanging is dragging on the ground...probably cause me to get an violation if the wrong officer notices it.

Any advice on how to bend that hanger back into place?

You need a adjustable wrench and a piece of pipe and heat the hanger. You may be able to make it look better with just the wrench and pipe.

High lift jack, porta power ram or maybe a bottle jack with some blocks?

You'll be surprised how much ### it will take to bend that little bracket back to where it was.

Floor jack and lumber. Cresent wrench and pipe. As long as the metal aint ripped. Even if it is. Get it up and roll.

Take pics of the hangar. A wrench and a winch bar for leverage might be enough for a roadside fix

Dang that is in a tough spot. Looks like u will have to pull upwards... guess if u just wanna get dot off ur back , just cut the bottom of the mudflap off so its not touching the ground. Leave a couple inches of clearence. They will write u up for dragging mudflap.

2 vice grips and a longer flap - attach vice grips to closest trailer cross member.

Just to get you to repair shop.

If you can get a helper with a hammer hit the bent spot with hammer as you pull up on the hanger with the wrench and pipe or jack as others have said. It will help straighten it out better with a little less muscle power.
