I can say I've seen your trucks numerous times with different loads on. Nice looking equipment. You have definitely found your niche and seem to do well.

To the no freight in Kansas comment, there is tons of freight in Kansas area depending on what you want to haul.

    KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this.

KT I have to laugh when someone tells someone successful like yourself, that nobody can make money doing what you are doing. Everyone might not be able to be successful doing what you do, but part of being successful is that you aren't like "everyone else"!

    Thx for that Banker,

I was just trying to point out to him that just because you "can" buy a 10 car doesn't mean you should, I see these guys all the time that can't wait to get a 10 car because they think its some magic elixir for success?

Just so you know, it's all your guys fault, because you and guys like you make it look easy, and lord knows it isn't, much respect to you!!!

Bigger is not always better! We all have to find our own little niche and make it work because failure is not an option.

Truth. When going from a 7 car to a 10, I lost 2.4 mpg, gained $2k/yr in insurance, lost time pulling/loading more units, added more risk for vehicle damage and bodily injury. It's quite a lot to deal with for a few extra units

In the contract freight world it is full steam ahead. Plenty of work, numerous carhaulers leaving the industry, mainly due to USAL loosing work in Princeton and Georgetown. I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon. I predict we may see freight on the spot market in the future because they may not be able to keep up with all the work. Just my opinion.
