Newbies are not getting hired quickly ANYWHERE. You need to write a number you call "decent pay" and write a description that explains what you mean by "flexible home time". Decent pay in some spots is below poverty pay in other spots. What seems flexible or adequate time off to you may seem like a part-time job or a prison sentence to someone else.
