Looking for a dedicated route. Don't have much experience (Less than 3 months) Anyone have any ideas of what the best company would be for dedicated as far as home time and pay? Home every weekend would work. I'm in the Denver, Colorado area.
I've been looking at U.S. Xpress and Schneider so far. :-/
Thanks guys

There is no best. YOU are going to be told you pick up here. Drive to there and back to here. Drive to there.
Here. Then there.
Here. Then there.

Talk to local trucking companies. My opinion is that most newbies think the only trucking companies in existance are the national mega fleets and they mostly think this because they are unwilling to spend more than 15 minutes doing an internet search. Google your town and trucking companies. Then call those companies and ask them about driving positions, pay, schedules, experience.

System Transport maybe still has some dedicated flatbed stuff out of Denver or Commerce City. Can't remember what they haul; gypsum board or something maybe. Nice trucks with APU.

Do you have tanker/hazmat endorsements? If so, Gemini Transport hires drivers with no experience if they graduated from an accredited cdl school.

The tankers haul diesel & DEF and the dry vans haul tires and other supplies to Love's. -
Dairy Farmers of America has run ads for new cdl grads if they graduated from Sage. That's a good job.
I think they have a big terminal in Greely and maybe a couple other places in Colorado. -
