If you want to run van, I suggest Landstar. If you want to run tanker I suggest Schneider National, and if you are interested in flatbed, open deck, then Mercer. All are self dispatch and you will get 75% of the line haul.

If you can't be nice and answer the simple question, don't say anything at all

Why are people so mean and rude just for asking questions? Wonder why there is loss communication in the world and people don't want to ask questions.

No I just figured people would have better things to do with their life figured they would want that. Guess it isn't the case . Takes too much energy to be mean.

There's a lot more to finding a good fit in a company than asking random strangers on the internet. "Landstar is good, yeah go lease there. Schneider is also yeah you could lease there" and on and on and on with a bunch of generic responses about companies to lease to.

We don't know anything about OP or his specific needs in a company to give a worthwhile answer. My point is OP is going to have to do a little leg work to find the right company. What might be a great company for some may be terrible for others.

Sometimes I wonder to myself, do drivers really paste a bunch of trucking company names on a wall, throw a dart at them, and hire on with the one that the dart hits? That's what it seems like. Is it any wonder turnover is so bad?

Of course there are other culprits there but really drivers should be interviewing companies to see if they are a fit the same as a company with standards interviews prospective drivers. It just strikes some of us as a tad lazy asking random strangers, what's the best company for o/o to lease on with.
