53 foot step. 10 foot top deck. Two load levelers. Light as possible. I like the versatility of the trailer. I am also tired of climbing up and down off of flatbeds. So I'm happy when I pull the step insted. Also You don't fall as far off of them.
Guf, Hurst, LoneCowboy and 2 others Thank this. -
Which brand and would you get a tapping system?

We have Great Danes freedom? Steel frames and aluminum decking. They are heavy. Would not buy one for general freight. The company I work for makes trusses and pallets so they work well for that. Finding back hauls can be a challenge. We carry one set of six foot lumber tarps. They are versatile but suck for steel.
Tug Toy Thanks this. -
I run the upper Midwest. there have been several discussions on here about bridge laws for pulling 53 foot trailers with spread axels. Make sure what you buy what will work for you. Two of you 53 spreads have a sliding rear axel that can be slid forward. Things to think about.

I was surprised at how well it turned out. -

We have a couple of trailers that won't make bridge law in Wisconsin if I remember correctly.

Would I be illegal in Wisconsin with 270 in peterbilt and 53 foot drop deck
