4 years ago he was 69, so now he's 73, wonder why at 69 or 73 you still looking to work. Sounds like he's made more than one bad decision

We currently work for Gulick, we love it! Every company has pros and cons. We are not forced dispatched. Communication with your dispatcher is very important. We are always going, never sit too long on a load. If we feel there is too much time on a load we tell our dispatcher to move up or down the time. Occasionally, that is not able to be changed, most times it does get changed. We always call before we are empty and make sure we have our next load ready to go. We have taken some crappy loads but most times our loads are good paying. We have a 2018 Volvo 780 and we love it. We run all 48 and if we ever need to get somewhere we get there with a load and can take time off. Gulick has been cleaning house and getting rid off the renegade truck drivers who brought our CSA scores high. They are working on fixing that. But it does take time. We had a wreck with our truck and when we called into Safety their first response was are you guys ok? They put us up in a hotel and got us a rental truck. Overall, Gulick is a great company to work for. I personally think their pros are way better then there cons. Never had any issues with their trailers. I have a way bigger problem with TEC in Portland. But that is another story!
