I emailed them a couple months ago on a late 90s (don't remember cause I look at a lot of 379s) Pete 379 exhd 460 N14 Cummins 13 speed 63in flattop. i think the price was between 13k and 14k. I asked for pics of the exterior and interior and motor pics and all that, a man sent me an email back saying, give me your phone number to go over newer trucks we have in stock. Im like, but what happened to that one I was looking at? Will never know.

Had a guy contact me last year about possibly signing on with me as an O/O , asked about his truck and he said still closing a deal on a MINT W900 from ATS , told him sorry but would not hire him on if he was dealing with that outfit. He got all testy but I found out 6 months later he had signed on with another outfit and had nothing but truck and $ problems had his contract terminated and the truck was repo'd

If you have bad credit or not enough money for 10% to 20% down payment that regular dealers require for financing, how are you going to make it if your truck breaks down? People think if they get a truck and start running they are good to go and that isn't close to reality. Just one break down will bankrupt you. Not only do you have the cost of the repair, but while you are down you aren't running freight, thus no money coming in. If you have bad credit there are a couple of reasons you have bad credit. #1 You don't pay your bills. #2 You maxed out all of your credit and then didn't pay your bills. #3 You got divorced and stuck with all your bills and didn't pay. So a person with bad credit and no money wants to get a 50K truck. Before you fall victim to the scam artist you first need to get your house in order. In other words: fix your credit by paying off your bills and then once that is done you need to save your money for a down payment or to pay for a truck out right. Don't forget to have enough money saved to pay at least 1 month of bills and a major repair on the truck. A lot of people are looking for a quick fix and there aren't any. It takes hard work and sacrifice to be able to get back to being solvent. Just my opinion.

Very well said Gtown. Some people just don't think things through. This outfit preys on folks like that and the ones who are desperate. But being desperate is no excuse because like you said you can be a company driver for how ever long it takes to get your fiscal situation in order.

bumping this so more people dont fall for their scams, these crooks have now grown to 3 locations they must be buying off local politicians.. their trucks are junk and super expensive payments that go directly to the owner you will never pay off a truck at ats. funny thing is if you try to buy cash they will also try and scam you.

If you have $30,000 saved up, I'd buy a $25,000 truck and start rolling and saving for a newer one a couple of years down the road.
