    u need to realize this is how the truckin industry is. u cnt be picky with whom company u work for, they all hve their flaw and their coonery, there is no perfect truck company out there. they all function the same way just a little extra bonus, thts about it. u will not always get wht u want, thts part of the business. just be humble and do your job
