As long as it's you with the hook. Very many honey holes have hooks of their own, fishing or otherwise.

Collapsible fishing rod. Always. We go a lot of places in the Sierras that nobody else goes and that aren't heavily fished.
We don't get to fish all the time but if there's a breakdown or extra time in the day most of our guys fish.
Those mountain trout are great eating.

    WesternPlains and IluvCATS Thank this.

kettle bell is a good idea. I need to get a simple routine that I enjoy. My self esteem is taking a big hit. I’m getting out of shape.

My favorite place so far was a behind a weigh station/ rest area on 372 on Maryland/ PA border. Only reason I stopped there was for a 10 and I saw on trucker path it was the only place near water. The bass fishing behind there is first class, first good thing about a Maryland weigh station I’ve seen.

Never trust a cam for any of that, no evidence. Can't even trust a brother.

Leave the phone at home and pay cash!

In my windblade days, we would run by WalMart for the fishing license. Carried 2 foldup chairs, a little foldup awning, grill and charcoal. My whole group would go fishing 3 days a week. 3 drivers and 6 pilot cars. That was good living.
