Big Charlie's in Norfolk VA

Does it fill up or get crowded?
How late is too late to expect a spot?

Normally I sit on the North side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at that rest area but I kinda want to shoot the tunnel early this time.

Of course, I'm getting screwed on the load time and really got hit with traffic this morning so I might not have the hours to get all the way down Delmarva anyway.

Not a big fan of paying but it's right in town. Is it still $10?

 

Guess it's a moot point.
I got screwed by the shipper.
9 hours to load.
So I've gotta drive overnight and sleep at the receiver's dock.
Probably take 6-7 hours to unload too. But I'll have fresh hours to run home.
