It is $95 as long as you work the day before (friday in this case ) or the day after. Vacation days count. If you work you get the miles also.

Vacation pay is based on previous years gross income divided by 52 weeks.

On my way to Orlando from Allentown for Saturday. A 1000+ mile run. Will put me just a smidge under 10k (paid) miles for the calander month with 4.5 driving days left. Hopefully I can squeeze out another 1-2000 by the end of the day Wednesday, even though there is a holiday.

How close are your paid miles compared to your actual miles? They pay PC Miler Practical?

Sorry for the delay...playing split log leap frog on this load to make the delivery on time.

They don't pay practical unfortunately, but after I deliver this load to Orlando I will have 13,300ish miles on the odometer since I started here the 3rd week of last month, and I ran 2656 paid miles in April and 9800ish paid by Orlando today, so I am only 1000ish more hub miles than paid, and I ran a fair amount out of route on this load to avoid DC (only to be caught up in Charlotte Friday afternoon rush hour). So, I have worked for companies that were much further off than here.

One thing you need to look at is the paid miles stated on the qualcomm are not always what you get paid for. When you look at your miles on your pay statement you will often find they were adjusted up for some reason.
Gordon paid practical miles and at the end of the month were off about the same as Big G.

I did notice a mileage difference on this last check... I was +42 miles. I just figured I wrote it down wrong. I guess I need to write my miles down on my calander in pencil.

All the times I spent complaining about the long unloads pulling a reefer...today, I actually hoped for at least a 2 hour unload. I did the split log leap frog for 2 days, and I needed a 2 hour unload so I could leave Orlando today. Thankfully they obliged me...now, they can hurry up so my 14 doesn't become an issue. Headed up to Jax to drop this empty at the paper mill, then over to the drop yard to pu a load that I am taking to Deason. Will put me at 10500ish with 6.5 on my 70 until midnite Monday...2.5 - 3 days to get 900 miles...

I see you finally made the move SSB. For the most part, they let me hustle down the .04 carrot. You should do ok there.

I hope so, I am a lot less stressed out over here and they keep me hopping. At Magnum, I sat so much that I snacked a lot more mostly out of bordem. Here, I have a full bag of Dorito's, 1/2 a bag of kettle cooked chips and some Pringle like Lay's chips just sitting there looking at me. And it feels good to be tired from running rather than being tired from bordem.
