Big rig and Tow Truck Fatal at I10 /Garfield, Monterey Park.

MONTEREY PARK - A man who's large vehicle was being towed by a tow service somehow was struck and killed on the right shoulder, or possibly draggedfrom Colton after being pinned between the two veicles. Unknown at this time if the man was struck by the tow service, or he fell out a moving vehicle, or if he was struck by a passing motorist. CHP is at the scene investigating. Garfield on ramp and two lanes are shutdown at this time.
