I saw that too and the pics looked like pretty decent equipment. If the op quits there and goes playing in a mud hole hauling frac sand he may not be the sharpest knife in drawer.

Not that I'm aware of then again it's OTR so with everyone off to the 4 winds operating on different schedules and never at anytime all at one place it's impossible to meet and get to know all of the drivers. Maybe there's a Kentuckian somewhere on the driver roster but I haven't met him or her yet.

Oh yeah, definitely dumb to go from a $1,200 to $1,500 a week job that will always be there and always need drivers to a $2,500 to $3,500 a week job that may not be around for long operating in a boom and bust industry. I want to cash in while it's there knowing that there will always be a Freightliner connected to a van under a company desperate to get a warm body in its seat. The pennies per mile OTR jobs aren't going anywhere.

I've also spent years of my life sleeping in holes in the dirt, operating on only a few hours a sleep each day while living on freeze dried coffee from shelf stable rations humping a lot of heavy gear all day and I did that for a whole lot less money so I'm not scared of getting my hands dirty.

Are you.sure that's not a 10-99 gig? Companies in my area are advertising those numbers too and they're all 10-99

With all the waiting time on both ends (unpaid) some days only able to do one load.
5 mph on a dirt road to the rig 10 miles away good luck.
Don't stir up any dust or the gate guard will have you run off.
Lucky to bring home $ 1000.00 a week.
How do I know this ?
    STAY WHERE YOUR AT !
