Black smoke from exhaust first 20 minutes after start

I have Cummins ISX 475 hp on my Volvo
When I start the engine just a little black smoke comes out from exhaust pipe, then After I start driving the BLACK SMOKE pours a lot for the first 20 minutes especially on going uphill, then after 20 mins driving no more smoke at all...
Any suggestions, please?

I think EGR and VGT needs to be tested with Insight software first
