Part of me wants to blame poor maintaince. Part of me wants to blame how halariously narrow they have been making these zones lately. Part of me wants to blame people.on phones not paying attention. And in not sure which is the correct call. Regardless though this could have been way worse. Glad no one died at least. Thats one hell of an unfun ride.

It's also possible that there was debris in the roadway that caused or at least contributed to the blowout.

    mjd4277 and OldeSkool Thank this.

I get so sick of having a few inches to spare on each side then the “invincible workers” sit on the concrete barriers yet as you go by. I think many construction workers have suicidal tendencies. I missed one guys head when I was pulling oversize by literally inches. I didn’t even want to look in the mirror. Dude wouldn’t move.

The amount of drivers that go flying thru that construction zone, with inches to spare between your mirror. I am not surprised this happened. Although with a steer tire blowout I guess there's not much you can do
