"Board of Adjustment"

    Hello,can someone give me some insight of what board of adjustment mean this is my first time being in a union and just wanted to know if anybody can tell me how this works,
    I'm at this step with this job that I once had this is a union job, my first time having to do this. thank's.

    Typically, it has one union member, one from the company and a neutral member. They discuss and vote on grievances, pay rates, working condition, etc. Have you had any issues with those things?

    yes grievance,I went to a meeting me and a union person and they still don't want to recognize that they discharged me for no reason,and they are sticking to it so know the next step is going to be, another meeting but this time im not going to be
    present,the union person had told them that its not except-able and that they are breaking the contract so we are going to take it to the next step,what ever that is. thank's
