New thread started. I've decided to be bold and use the name. I wont say anything I can be sued for. "Bolt Goat sees the silver lining. Heads for McLeod."

If it's OTR with all the bs of having to wait for shippers and dispatchers trying to scrounge loads together, it should be at least 8, I agree, but if it's something simple like 100% drop and hook out and back with a terminal located right off the interstate...Maybe there's some room for less cpm from the company's point of view. What do you think?

It does seem like teams are treated like royalty as far as loads are concerned. Companies know how valuable they are.

Miles are miles. Are you going to ask for more, if they occasionally send you off the beaten path?

I’ve repeatedly mentioned one that pays that (and more with tenure), most DC’s are convenient to the interstate, 5-day work week, usually the same route, and is 100% D&H. ;)

Pleasant surprise! WFX did not take any "expenses" from my final check. In fact, they direct deposited it instead of mailing it as they said they would during orientation.

Hmm. No exit interview. No hassle. No aggravation..... I wonder if they even realize I'm gone?

Never understood the exit interview. Especially when they ask questions like "What could we do to make ***** a better place to work and a more enjoyable experience" good riddance

I wouldn't bet on them realizing you're gone.. those folks working in the office are truly only concerned about bettering their "baby."
