I bought new front tires the truck. The truck sat for a few months. driving at low speeds I had a bad bounce. Loaded the bounce is a lot less noticeable. 55 plus I don't feel it. Jacked up the truck spun all the tires seem to spin even. Everything to me says bad front tires. After checking them I'm confused.

Constant bounce or just when you hit bumps? Constant, repetitive bounce on smooth pavement I'd say tires or driveline issue. After bumps only I'd say shocks.

Did you put something right up close to the face of the tires when you spun them? It doesn't take much to feel a bounce
