You have to have a steady work history to get hired at Averitt and the you have to demonstrate great attendance and reliability at the company for 6 months before they let you apply for OTL. They cannot afford to find out later you have issues and need time off. For some of the work, you come home when the customer tour is over, not on some regular schedule.
