However, they addressed the issue recently and are making improvements. I've been home every wkend for the last month and a half. Every company has some bs to deal with, that's every job. Comparing my experience to the stories I read on here about other companies tho, I'd say they're an above average training company. You could do worse. A lot worse. I checked my pay stub when I was home this wkend and based on first quarter earnings, I'm on track to gross 40k this year in an industry with projected first year pay of 25k if you're lucky.
