Hey all! Just wanted to give a heads up to watch out for Bucky Trucking, formerly Shrigley Trucking from Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
They've made it a habit of theirs to bankrupt their employees, and refuse to pay as well. My DH has been fighting for 4 months to get his pay from Shrigley Trucking company, but they've since gone into receivership and it doesn't look like he's going to be getting anything from it. That company was a husband/wife company. Since wifey decided to split from hubby, he decided to open up his own company with his father, Bucky Trucking. He promised and guaranteed everyone that they'd get paid blah blah blah. Long story short, he hasn't paid and does what he can to get into screaming matches not only with employees but also the spouses and families of his employees. It's getting into fights with the spouses of his employees that makes him cough up 1/5th of the pay owed.
Any tips on how to deal with this kind of company?

perry shrigley trucking was not forced into recievership, he sank the company in order to get rid of his wife, and he set himself up for this,figure this out R & D trailer rentals is in the listfor the amount of $ 49,966.39,, but his new set of sombies are still pulling those trls, Well here is the kicker, Willie # R & D is his good body, it was a set up, then he still pulls for the same companies like, AT films! We use our equipment and fuel, and he pocketed our money,
