    We had a factory new rebuild from Detroit in one of my companies 3 year old Harison gliders split a piston and drop a valve out of nowhere with 250,000 on it.

    Meticulously maintained, running right not pulling hard.

    Very experienced mechanic who pulled it apart couldn't determine if the valve or the cracked piston was the first failure
