Bxs C15 precooler problems

    I seem to have blown 3 in 2 weeks on this truck. Im blowing my brains out trying to figure out why. I've rebuilt the diverter valve. Flushed cooling system. Turbos appear fine. I just cant seem to figure out whats causing this! Im at wits end.

    Are you using used ones? Do you mean the precooler itself or the diverted valve?

    I have put 2 brand new precoolers on. (Blew original then the next 2 new ones). I replaced the diaphram in the diverter valve.
