Bxs cat Missing and popping

I have a 2004 bxs 550 cat that just started missing and popping. The obd says injector spill on 3 and 4 so I changed the injectors but didn’t fix it. I guess my question is does anybody know if both injectors are on the same wiring harness on the inside of the engine? I think it’s a wire somewhere or what else can cause this?
