C15 Acert 475 to 550 running like crap

    So I bought a truck and the ecm went bad almost right away. got a new ecm from cat set to 550 from 475. Thing runs like crap. I never got to pull a load with it at 475 so I don't have anything to compare it to with the previous hp rating. The truck falls flat and any bit of a hill. You got doubles and triples passing you. Pulls like its got 250hp. I checked fuel pressure 85psi at idle 115psi at 1500rpm. Runs about 40-45lbs of boost no leaks there. Kinda at a loss of why the thing wont run.

    Have you done any injector tests , Any pressure in the rad ? Any fuel in the oil ?

    Also depends on the engine family . Did cat say 550 uprate was ok ?
    Also just an FYI a 475 heavy haul program will still give you 1850 torque , use less fuel and mine will run all over a 550
