California Truck Driver Fails English Test

Arkansas was hot and heavy today on I - 40 , and all they had captured was the guys like this.

Rather sounds like he got his CDL in CA.

 

Where’s Paul Harvey when you need him…. Did they impound the truck?

 

Be careful in crosswalks boys and girls.

 

California says there’s no problem… They need to crack the whip on that state and the morons running it

 

At the end when he was carrying his bags. That’s them taking him to a motel and a tow company coming for the truck

 

What's to stop this guy from getting right back in that truck?

 

The tow company impound and they are given instructions to only release it to an English speaking cdl holder. At least that’s what I have gathered from previous videos. Now I’m sure the company has/can bail it out and go 5 miles down the road and swap drivers
