    No matter how you (or any scumbag lawyer) slice it pickup truck shouldn’t have been there to begin with. NO INSURANCE/REGISTRATION - NO DRIVING ON PUBLIC ROAD. Even if the uninsured driver claims that state DMV wasn’t working due to COVID, insurance companies were still working.
    Like I said in my earlier post OPs insurance company is going to fight tooth and nail against any claims by uninsured motorist’s party because if they settle for any amount now they might be hit within a year with other charges.

    Thank you , my company didnt assign any blame to me and told me dont worry about it, insurance is handling it...
