Hello, was at shipper today and smelled sweet coolant smell. I look under hood and seen coolant by the driver side wheel weld or splash guard. Check every where. I checked heater core bunker lines everything is dry.

That's common on newer Cascadias. Tighten up all your coolant hose clamps. On the other side of the engine there's also a block of some sort above the valve cover that has coolant lines going into it hanging there up over the EGR and turbo. Those will leak too. Top it up, run it, check again.

Look around the left front of engine. Look like a Cascadia, I'm figuring something around water pump blowing back

You may not see wet antifreeze. Probably dry residue

Take a bigger picture of the whole engine compartment, above, in front, and around the coolant. Post it for expert analysis. Lol

We had a bunch of newer Cascadias where I'm at leaving puddles of coolant on top of the plastic wheel well guard driver's side just like that pic. Turned out to be loose hose clamps.

Do you know what hose clamp it was? I kinda went through them but not all of them. Going to check a bit more in detail tomorrow.

Just go over all of them to make sure they're snug. There's probably tell-tale dried traces somewhere you're overlooking if no outright dampness/drips anywhere. Without looking at it in person though I just say try the easy first and see if your coolant loss stops. With the trucks we had it was brand new ones that came in doing exactly what your pic showed puddling on the wheel well. Mine (2 years old) was losing coolant but not puddling on the wheel well like that. Some clamps were loose was all it was both cases.

    Rideandrepair and roadrunner_PV Thank this.
