Think that was Minnesota, they got there azzez sued off over that. During that legal proceeding, they found out that they had never adopted federal laws into the state laws. Thousands of citations just became invalid with that discovery. Then they got into legal issues with that and an injunction was placed on the state to prevent them from adopting the federal laws, until they figured out the implications of the whole thing. Not sure how it all worked out in the end. Sort of lost track of it.
