I mean can a trucker carry with a Firearm Owners ID from Illinois in the truck for self defense across the country? (Please take not I am not talking about conceal carry, just a firearm inside the truck)

The real problem you will face, Concealed Carry permit or not, if the fact that many companies have rules against carrying. Also, there are places like that don't allow guns. Like military bases that may even search your truckNavigatorWife, snowlauncher and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
