When loaded the box touches the back tire. I think I need to take the box off or move it forward. Just not sure it there is anything else I can do. The load is 48k

I'd be looking at placement. How much room do you have in front of it?
Jeck Thanks this. -
If u got a 2 inch ratchet strap, put it around the box and pull it away
-
Do you have other mounting holes where it is for a permanent fix? Is it your trailer or company trailer?Jeck Thanks this. -
I bet those tires are bigger than the ones it rolled out of the factory with. Best bet is to slide it ahead an inch or 2 as a permanent fix.

tires are 11r22.5 if you put low pro 22.5 should solve your problem or move the boxes to a different position.

Did you just buy the trailer? Or mount the boxes? Make sure there's no structural damages and then move the boxes as needed.

Check the alignment pin on that side of trailer. Did your trailer hit any monster potholes? Or curbs by chance?
-
I say same as other post wrong size tires or load leveling valve.

It really depends on the load. I have rebar on now. Still weighed in at 79k. I don't use the box. I bought the trailer used a month ago and put a quick draw on it. So no need for the box. There is room in front so maybe when I have time I could put new holes and move forward. But I'm on the road right now and really have no choice to drive.
daf105paccar Thanks this.
