I still haven't figured out any benefit for that mirror unless you are driving on the edge of a cliff located to the right. Though you guys may mention something I haven't thought of that will make me keep it.
Can anyone explain the reason for the passenger mirror above window?

It’s for cars in your blind spot. Or perhaps any obstacle you are close to when backing. If you don’t use it then get rid of it

That's a curb spot mirror. It is supposed to show anything Between you and the curb.

I just assumed it was to make sure no idiot is between the fuel tank and door when you’re about to move the truck.

I prefer a hood mirror to see objects right next to the tractor on either side, but some don't have hood mirrors and/or prefer the above-door convex mirror to serve this purpose
