Can I get a cdl with a fleeing and eluding charge?

You're good to go. Graduate from a cdl school and there's companies that will hire you. You may need a pre-hire letter from a company before a school will let you enroll and some companies will give you that.

There is a growing list of threads made by felons. Somewhere think needs to be a seperate section for them with the particulars disqualifying offenses such as no Canada, No seaport (TWIC) and no Hazmat. etc.
