Any outdoor/camping supply outlet like cabelas, bass pro, even malwart and Amazon can hook you up with anything from a toilet seat for a 5 gal bucket to a mini camping toilet.
seek and ye shall find. The possibilities are there
Not sure I'd want it riding around in the truck with me though......but it would be about as private as it gets -

I think this must've been a joke just to provoke a knee jerk response out of sensible human beings. But... I see them parked there , sleeping , making sandwiches , or just taking a leak , so I guess I'm out of the loop thinking common sense should dominate decisions when it comes to piloting an 80,000lb rig.

You can park on ramps but some states it's illegal and smokey will wake you up and give you a ticket. Never park on the shoulder. Rest area might work for you. I remember a driver in the driver lounge getting mad cause a driver was idling his truck at the truck stop. If that irritates you then you should go local or find another line of work. The only thing that would bother me was Apu units that were never serviced and falling apart. They'd smoke me out and sound like a lawn mower. It's like a neighbor cutting their grass at 7am on Saturday when your trying to sleep in.

I think it's a legit question. I probably spend the night at truckstops less than once a week on average. If you try hard enough you can make it happen.
The bigger issue is not wanting to idle your truck, then you will need an APU or similar for AC and heat, unless you are tough as hell. The APU puts off a little fumes too, though.
